What is your policy regarding dead pixels?
We maintain high quality standards with our 'Zero Dead Pixel' policy for specific premium models. For standard models, we follow industry-standard ISO Class 1 specifications to ensure you receive a high-quality display panel.
Can I return my product if I change my mind?
